Health Insurance Department Manager
1. To have a relevant university degree (preferably in insurance).
2. To have a practical experience of no less than ten years in health insurance works including the issuances, compensations, technical bases of health insurance works, and its accounts.
3. To have an experience of no less than three years in a health insurance manager position.
4. To have the capabilities and skills required to improve health insurance products to fit market and clients needs.
5. To have the abilities and experiences required to study the market, prepare production plans and study competitive insurance products.
6. To have leadership skills, manage, train, instruct and guide the team work to enhance work flow and aptly manage time and work under pressure.
7. To have the marketing skills required to sell and market health insurance policies.
8. To have the ability to negotiate, be resourceful, and follow up with clients.
9. To have the ability to negotiate with clinics and hospitals to get the best services, prices and benefits.
10. Mastery of both English and Arabic languages.
11. Mastery of personal computer and its applications.
12. It is preferred for candidate to have a specialized professional certificate or to have passed some of its subjects in the international insurance institutes.
13. It is preferred for candidate to have a practical experience in the State of Kuwait or any of the GCC countries.
