Qualifications


Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

1.    university graduates ( preferably in insurance )
2.    practical experience of 7-10 years in all types of underwriting and technical conditions of the policies
3.    fluent in Arabic & English
4.    computer literate
5.    must possess technical knowledge of policy wordings, drafting of policies, renewal of policies, evaluation of new enquiries& quoting terms, facultative reinsurance placements, market analysis, good customer service relationships, excellent communication skills and service inclination
6.    professional certificate of insurance from CII or any similar international insurance institute is an advantage
7. experience in Kuwait or any other GCC countries is preferable

Responsible for overall functions of the Health Department.

Qualifications


1.    To have a relevant university degree (preferably in insurance).
2.    To have a practical experience of not less than five years in health insurance issuances, compensations, technical bases of health insurance works, and its accounts.
3.    To have the marketing experience and skills required to sell and market health insurance policies.
4.    To have the ability to negotiate, be resourceful, and follow up with clients.
5.    To have the ability to negotiate and follow up with clinics and hospitals.
6.    Mastery of both English and Arabic languages.
7.    Mastery of personal computer and its applications.
8.    It is preferred for candidate to have a specialized professional certificate or to have passed some of its subjects in the international insurance institutes.

Title MANAGER– GENERAL ACCIDENT DEPARTMENT..

Qualifications

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:
1).Must have a University Degree.

2).Must hold either of the following Certificate of Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute - United Kingdom or from the American Insurance Institute - United States of America (AII):

    i). Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) or
    ii).Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting (CPCU)

3).Excellent knowledge of Computer skills and literacy including all the relevant applications.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Should be able to supervise the issue of all types of General Accident Policies and must have a fair knowledge of all technical aspects pertaining to these and additional qualities as below:-

1).Practical experience in the similar capacity of occupation (career functions and obligations for at least 10 years).

2).Excellent communication skills to follow-up with customers and fulfill their insurance needs/requirements.

3).Ability to communicate with the international markets in order to provide/arrange the necessary reinsurance covers for large projects/covers.

4).Must have a pleasant personality for easy interaction with prospective clients.

5).Should be able to communicate in English language fluently, preferably with Arabic language too.

6).Ability of being a Team Leader with excellent team management.

7).Must be able to contribute in preparing and setting-up the Productive Estimated Budget for the respective Department.

8).Must be excellent in his job capacity with a wide-range of knowledge of the market strategy to evaluate, compete and achieve his goal.
