Responsibilities

Qualifications

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:
1).Must have a University Degree.

2).Must hold either of the following Certificate of Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute - United Kingdom or from the American Insurance Institute - United States of America (AII):

    i). Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) or
    ii).Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriting (CPCU)

3).Excellent knowledge of Computer skills and literacy including all the relevant applications.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Should be able to supervise the issue of all types of General Accident Policies and must have a fair knowledge of all technical aspects pertaining to these and additional qualities as below:-

1).Practical experience in the similar capacity of occupation (career functions and obligations for at least 10 years).

2).Excellent communication skills to follow-up with customers and fulfill their insurance needs/requirements.

3).Ability to communicate with the international markets in order to provide/arrange the necessary reinsurance covers for large projects/covers.

4).Must have a pleasant personality for easy interaction with prospective clients.

5).Should be able to communicate in English language fluently, preferably with Arabic language too.

6).Ability of being a Team Leader with excellent team management.

7).Must be able to contribute in preparing and setting-up the Productive Estimated Budget for the respective Department.

8).Must be excellent in his job capacity with a wide-range of knowledge of the market strategy to evaluate, compete and achieve his goal.
