Preface about the Department

This Department is engaged in supervising the activities of personnel affairs, training and developing human resources, supervising the administrative services including cleaning, security, public relationship services, remain updated with all laws and regulations issued by the different authorities in the State such as Private Sector Labor Law, and ensure compliance by the Company with the same.

 

Competences

 

  • To take the necessary action to solicit and select the manpower needed by the Company, and complete all employment-related transactions.
  • To make a job description and evaluation, assign job grades and identify criteria for promotion ofemployees, and identify employees' salaries and job benefits.
  • To monitor and supervise the development, execution, and updating ofemployees training and development plan according to the employees training identification needs, and to evaluate the efficiency ofthe training programs.
  • To develop and communicate the performance appraisal systems to the managers and supervisors, ensure compliance with same, ensure that the violating parties will be subject to thedisciplinary code regulations, verify validity and appropriateness ofdecisions, and handle the employees' complaints and solve their problems.
  • To supervise the activities related to consignments, incoming mails, and delivery ofcorrespondences and documentations to the governmental agencies and etc.
  • To use and update the personnel affairs system, ensure compliance with applicable laws ofthe State regarding the end of service indemnity and social insurances, do the proper filing for the employees' personal documents, related records, and files, and update their files on the automated information system.
  • To apply, carry out and prepare the monthly salaries, revenues and end ofservice indemnity.
  • To make travel ticketing and hotel reservations for the Company's officers or visitors, facilitate the process ofobtaining the required visas, and establish good relations with the external entities.
  • To coordinate with the Ministry ofCommunications or any other body to ensure provision oftelecommunication services to the Company including the preparation ofa phone directory.
  • To supervise the security matters through out the Company, comply with the safety procedures designated to ensure safety and integrity ofthe Company's assets and employees, and supervise the cleaning of the company and keep its façade and internal offices clean.
  • To develop the Company's administrative and supporting services, and facilitate the development project ofthe organizational structure, internal systems, and human resources which is in progress.
